Interboot Friedrichshafen sets a fresh course in 2024. A new key visual and claim signal a spirit of departure, while a programme that goes beyond the traditional trade fair format positions Interboot as an innovative meeting point for the water sports community. The visual concept translates the fluid qualities of water into a linear, abstract design language. A graphic wave pattern subtly evokes nautical charts, symbolising movement, expanse and discovery. Sun-warm pastel yellow paired with deep navy blue creates an identity that radiates energy and serenity in equal measure.

The claim “Towards new horizons” captures both the thrill of water sports and the promise of the fair itself: products, maritime travel and trending sports that bring visitors closer to their aspirations.

Water sports meets a hedonistic way of life

Interboot – Poarangan Brand Design7

Water sports meets a hedonistic spirit. Leaving everyday life behind, immersing yourself in different elements, trading water, wind and waves for a brief moment against duty and routine: this is the promise Interboot 2024 makes with this concept.

The design uses an abstractly illustrated, blue and yellow shimmering water surface as the key visual, which adapts well to different formats.

The claim LASS' DICH TREIBEN (LET YOURSELF DRIFT) can be read as a direct continuation of the previous claim "Dein Moment" (Your Moment): time no longer matters. It doesn't matter whether you set off early in the morning or not until midday. The focus on wind and waves drives out all other thoughts and you sense: the true destination is the journey to yourself.

At Interboot, water sports meets lifestyle. The claim and design draw directly from Interboot's existing colour palette and logo. It channels water, summer, sun and a sense of living well, without spelling any of it out. The graphic visual language, inspired by maritime flag alphabets, roots the deliberately unexpected claim firmly in the world of water sports. BLUE SUNRISE 2024 captures the feeling between furling the sails at dusk and firing up the engine at dawn. Sensual and unhurried, it names the finest moment you can have on open water. Loaded with longing and memory, it could just as easily be a cocktail name or a fair event motto. The "2024" signals that there's more to come.
