The weekly magazine Länderspiegel has been airing in a new design since autumn 2019. With younger audiences increasingly reaching the show’s content via social media and streaming, the complete on-air design, including the logo, was modernised. The brief was to reflect the show’s forward-looking perspective, focusing on the questions that matter to people right now.
Built around the concept of reflection, the on-air design uses a split-screen approach. The dual structure mirrors the show’s dialogic format and lends itself well to presenting complex topics from multiple angles.
